That said, there are a few situations where an adjustment may be necessary: visible scratches or damage to the body that weren't mentioned, dead pixels or screen burn, a damaged charger, or a laptop clogged with dust that requires disassembly and thermal repasting. The best way to make sure the price holds is to show us everything upfront during the online quote. Send photos of any defects and the number won't change when we arrive.
